In this case, refunds will made on a pro-rata basis if an instructor is able to perform only part of the course material. No refunds will be given if a student cannot attend for whatever reason, and no remedial (make up) classes will be offered.

If a student enrolls in all 4 courses and takes them consecutively, the cost for all 4 courses is reduced to $2,600. This one-month series gives each student a basic understanding and working grasp of Macrobiotic fundamentals.

Prospective students should draft a letter describing any prior experience with Macrobiotics and other alternative methods of health care, spiritual study, etc., as well as any health concerns or problems they or someone else may be facing. If time permits this information will be addressed in the course material if they indicate a willingness to allow it to be discussed in the group.

Otherwise, they may indicate in their letter whether they would like to schedule a private consultation to discuss their personal health matter(s). Private consultations are $100 per 1-hour session, and should be included and itemized with tuition payments.

Also, the series of 4 courses for two is discounted $560 ($5,040 instead of $5,600). Children age 13-18 may attend classes for half price when accompanied by parents or caregivers paying regular rates, but will be expected to act in an adult manner during classes so as not to be a source of distraction for adult students.
